Joanne Salt

Like Sheelagh Jo was born in Liverpool and discovered the amazing benefits of Bikram yoga whilst travelling internationally with her job. When a Bikram studio opened in her home city of Manchester she became one of their first students and went on to graduate from teacher training in 2013.  Since then she has taught regularly in Manchester and further developed her love of the series attending workshops and seminars worldwide. She is also trained in Inferno Hot Pilates, restorative yoga and functional movement. . She joins our team from Jan 2022 as our guest teacher from the UK for a couple of months.
